FROM THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF FRONTIER MISSIONS, VOL 14:3 JULY-SEPT. 1997 The main concern of this article is to examine the history of the tentmaker movement and how it is evolving as a significant mission strategy in today’s world. A review of history over two thousand years does show that the growth of the church has largely depended on the faithful witness of ordinary men and women who were going about their daily business. Read the entire article here. (Note from Patrick: this is an excellent article to start with if you want a foundation for the tentmaking/Kingdom business historical perspective.)
