    The first step is to know ourselves and know intimately the strengths and
    weaknesses of our entire business.

    At Alpha, we have two assessments that help you grow your business.

    The first is the Marketing Audit as described in more detail in "The Process".

    Secondly, we offer the Alpha Discovery Employee Management Assessment.
    This is a version of the world famous DiSC test first developed by William M.
    Marston.

    If you have ever hired the wrong person and you realized you made a mistake
    because they’re not performing at the level you had hoped, then this test is
    going to open up a whole new world to you. It will only take you about 15
    minutes to give this to a prospective employee, but you’ll be able to tell

    •        Whether or not they will ever make a cold-call in their life
    •        Whether or not they will ever ask for an order
    •        Their core strengths that they naturally possess
    •        How to communicate with them
    •        Their value to an organization
    •        Weaknesses they need to work on

    Pricing is as follows:
           1 to 10 assessments:         Kshs. 1,000 each.
           11 to 100 assessments:         Kshs. 900 each.
           101 or more assessments:         Kshs. 800 each.

    The more important question you will ask yourself is, “What does this cost me
    not to know it?” Having the ideal person in a job increases productivity and
    reduces stress and what would that be worth?)

    It is my belief that incorporating the DISC test into your organization and using
    it to both manage your employees and to precision select new employees, you
    give yourself an "un-fair" advantage over your competition. After all, if you have
    these tools and they don’t, who is going to build a better business?
