A) Are a business or company looking for consulting help, I will need
to conduct a marketing audit. I have developed a sophisticated
software package called Alpha Business Analytics.
In order to propose strategies that maximize the profits of your
business, I need to know what marketing decisions you have taken
to date, and what results they produced.
To accomplish this, I first ask an extensive series of in-depth
questions about your business. The questionnaire takes a minimum
of 2 hours, but it will be an extremely profitable use of your time.
Even the questions themselves will help you identify a multitude of
areas in your business where improvements are possible.
Your answers are processed through the Alpha Business Analytics
Software Module. I then analyze the results and create a report for
you (usually between 75 and 110 pages) – custom-tailored to fit
your business.
The report gives you the following:
1. An accurate starting point so that I can engineer an effective
strategy for exponential growth;
2. A multitude of specific, high-impact, elegant actions to take to
grow.
3. My philosophies behind the actions I will recommend;
4. A basic SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities,
Threats), focusing on how you can capitalize on your strengths and
turn your weaknesses into opportunities;
5. My estimate of how much you should be able to grow in 36
specific areas, along with a cumulative percentage of your growth
potential.
How much does this report cost?
One of my Assistant Directors of Corporate Communications will
come to your business to assess your needs and will present you
with a quote that, I believe, you will find charmingly inexpensive ...
especially considering the value that it will bring you.
The report takes a minimum of three weeks to complete. (If we end
up working together, I will devote more time to looking at the
threats you face and will help you discover ways to overcome them.)
