Step 2: Profit Strategies & Assessment
Step 2 is to conduct a series of Profit Assessments and strategy sessions. Because of
the comprehensive nature of these, they will be broken down into two time slots, with 2 to
3-hour sessions.
In 2007, Patrick designed the first business acceleration audit software of it's type in the
world. The audit process is exhaustive in the sense that we will leave no stone unturned.
At the end of this process, he will present to you a comprehensive document that shows
your top opportunities to grow your business, along with the strategies and actual tactics
to implement for rapid growth and profit acceleration. Furthermore, he will even show
you the order in which you should tackle these opportunities, based upon proprietary
financial modeling that he has created.
At this point, we could be finished. That is, you may say, "Thank you very much. I am
confident that I can implement these on my own for tangible and rapid growth."
Or you might ask, "Will you help me implement these?"
That leads us to Step 3.
