After more than 42 years of leadership experience,
John has become quite skilled at molding groups of
individuals into cohesive organizations that are
successful because of their focus, training and
motivation. He has led a variety of small and large
organizations in the U.S. military and civilian sectors,
leading national-level efforts at the Pentagon and
serving at a vice-president level for a Fortune 500
corporation. More importantly, he has developed an understanding of the most
significant environmental characteristics which are favorable to revenue growth and
profitability for a business, and how to assess and improve the health of the growth
environment in partnership with key business stakeholders. As a complementary
effort, John trains groups to function as multi-discipline teams to achieve company
goals and provide mutual support for individual leadership growth.
John is a certified leadership coach who regularly applies coaching methodologies to
the identification and resolution of roadblocks to business growth and profitability.
John is also certified as a coach trainer. He provides individuals with the training
necessary for certification as professional coaches, and he establishes coaching
cadres within organizations that wish to integrate the coaching paradigm into their
operations.
John holds a Master of Science degree in Management from National-Louis
University, Master of Science and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering from the
Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics
from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
