Step 3: Profit Acceleration
Businesses come to Alpha with differing sets of needs. Some need guidance weekly
or bi-weekly where they can get some help and be shown the path for the next week or
two. We call this "coaching".
Others want someone to grow their business for them, under their supervision. We call
this "consulting". It could be to hire a superstar sales force, design their marketing, or
write their direct mail pieces.
We can work on either model. Both avenues are no-nonsense approaches to
increased profitability. We will work from the strategy document under mutual
agreement.
