Week 2: Create a Killer USP. You're going to learn how to create a Unique Selling Proposition or
Distinctive Advantage that forces your prospective customers to choose you over your competitors. If you
don't yet know how to make it foolish for prospects not to buy from you, then this lesson will make it all
clear.
Week 3: Create a Strategy to Dominate. This foundational thinking will guide all your actions. It is
powerful and works for any business, in any industry, in any country.
Week 4: Position Yourself as The Expert, Educate, and Get People to Pay you to Solicit Them. People
like to buy from experts and from those they trust. We're going to teach you how you can get people to do
more buying, so you can do less selling.
Stage 2: Create Leverage For Business Acceleration
Week 5: Establish a Risk-Reversal. In any business relationship, one party is asked to take on more risk
than the other party. In this lesson, you'll learn how to remove the risk from the prospect and get many
more clients. We'll also look at increasing post-sale reassurance by creating a perception of higher value,
and how to determine and increase the marginal net worth of a client.
Week 6: Establish Multiple Referral Systems. Here we will help you find different ways of getting referrals
then build them into multiple systems so that your business grows by a natural engine of growth. You're
also going to learn about the power of these systems on your bottom-line profits. It's so remarkable that
you'll never look at referrals lightly again.
Week 7: Get Strategic Testimonials and Endorsements. When you have learned how to get strategic
testimonials and endorsements, it adds weight to all your marketing efforts. It's a necessary step before
going on to Stages 3 to 5. In this lesson, you'll see how to do it and how easy it actually is.
Stage 3: Set The Stage For Expanded Opportunities
Week 8: Establish Your Back End Sales, Then Plan Your Up-sell, Cross-sell and Down-sell Strategy. It is
possible that your business will make so much more from your back-end (what you sell after your client
has agreed to the purchase), but you must develop this strategically for maximum impact.
Week 9: Lower the Barrier of Entry and Create Irresistible Offers. This was one of the first lesson that I
actually applied when my mentors taught me many years ago. It transformed my business and led to
dominance in my market. You'll learn how to create irresistible offers that are ... irresistible!
Week 10: Ethically Program Your Customers to Buy More Frequently. It's important that you make sure
that your clients buy all they are buying from you ... when it's in their best interests.
Week 11: Create Effective Point-of-Sale Promotions. People are shopping in your place of business. Now
you can offer them something they can't refuse. You'll see how to profit from this often-overlooked area of
business acceleration.
Week 12: Create Powerful Scripts. Some people shy away from scripts, but the fact is that when you can
plan your words strategically, then your ability to make more sales goes up ... exponentially. Once
furniture store tested different scripts and found that one opening script tripled revenues. You'll not only
learn that powerful phrase but also how you can create a whole script book.
Stage 4: Reach Out To Dominate
Week 13: Create Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances and Host-Beneficiary Relationships. You'll learn
exactly how to approach potential partners, what to look for, what to day, what not say. We'll
give you sample letters you can write and telephone scripts you can use. At the end of this lesson, you'll
know how to set up your own deals and you may find this lesson the one that helps you double your
business.
Week 14: Go after Dream Clients. You only have so much money to spend on marketing. Going after
your dream clients is one of the most effective ways to utilize your marketing dollars ... and it has the
highest impact. One dream client can change your entire business. You'll learn the strategy step by step
and you can get it working for you before the week is through.
Week 15: Get Free PR and Utilize the Power of Special Events. Getting free PR is a skill you learn. There
are certain steps to take and by the end of the week, you'll have written your own press releases and you'll
know where to send them. You will also learn the power of conducting special events. Combine the two
tactics together and it's an irresistible combination.
Week 16: Send Direct Mail to Qualified Lists. There are elements you must include in your direct mail in
order to have a fighting chance of success. Miss even one and your profits will drop like a rock. You'll
learn how to create a great letter and then you'll learn how to get it in front of the right audience.
Week 17: Create Profit-Pulling Direct Response Advertising. Can you write an ad that forces people to
open their wallets and give money to a total stranger? This lesson will teach you how to create just that,
and it's something with which you can track, analyze and compute the results. This means, your
advertising can become one of your profit centers.
Stage 5: Tandem Process For Continuing Market Dominance
Week 18: Barter Opportunities. Barter is an ancient and still legal way to pay for products or services you
need at just pennies on the dollar. You will learn how to do this so that you'll know forever what to look for,
how to structure a barter deal, and how to profit from this often-overlooked business acceleration tactic.
Week 19: Testing. Testing is the capstone of all your marketing efforts. If you are not satisfied with
mediocrity, then you must learn how to test various aspects of your business. When you test, you
improve. When you improve, you make more money. I'll show you how to do it painlessly so you actually
start to have fun with it.
Week 20: Create Effective Policies and Procedures. This is an especially powerful lesson if you have a
sales staff, or you are hoping to hire one. It's also crucial if you want to walk away from your business one
day ... and still get paid into the future.
Week 21: Upgrade the Skills of Your Sales Staff. There are 7 steps to the sale. We'll break these down
and show you how you can train your own staff to higher levels of performance.
Week 22: Hold Effective, Proactive Meetings. Most meetings, in most companies, are dull and
unproductive. You will learn how to run effective, energized meetings that people are prepared for and
that move the business steadily forward. These meetings will help you take everything you have learned
in the previous 21 lessons and capitalize on every opportunity.
