1. Take the lead and stage an event such as a large bazaar, a clinic, or a horse show. Joint venture with a horse trainer who can organize with
other trainers to give free lessons or clinics (they will get clients from their demonstrations).
2. Announce that you will have vendor booths or space available. Hand pick the vendors so that there is no overlap. Charge a nominal amount
and sell on the benefits.
3. Invite all the horse groups and let them come for free if they send out an endorsed letter to their list. They can use this event to recruit new
members and this gets the word out to the community.
4. Make sure you MC the event and that your trailers are prominently positioned. By doing so, you will have your products prominently positioned
before your entire target market at one event.
5. Prepare your MC scripts with great care. You have the opportunity to show people that you care and that they can trust you. This one event
could change your business.
