1. In your training program, focus at least one of your sessions on how you can help your people make more money -- this is the crying need for
people who want to be cosmetic artists. Specifically, you could do the following:
a) Help them to see that there are really only three ways to make more money:
- Increase the number of clients you have
- Increase the amount that each client buys -- either buying more at the time of purchase, or buying more often
- Increase the profit margin on the products you sell.
b) Have a workshop where your participants work together and brainstorm ways to increase in each of the three areas above. Have each group
share their best ideas. Record all the ideas. You will learn some brilliant ideas in this session that you can apply to growing your own business.
