1. In a tough economy (i.e. recession), it is difficult to sell collectibles because people become more concerned about the basic necessities of life.
However remember that people who collect are not always "sane" (after all, why does anyone need 10,000 buttons or 28 surfboards?). Send your
customer list a "Private Customer Sale" letter and remember your back-end. You can sell your customers what you have, or what you can source.

2. Analyze your sales to discover what takes up the most of your time but gives you the lowest amount of income. Let these products go and
commit to spending your time on the highest-payoff items.
