1. When a prospects call to inquire about your services, do the following:

a) first qualify them to make sure that you are able to provide an excellent service for them.

b) Give them enough information but then ask them if you can drop off more information at their office.

c) Show up just before lunch time and bring enough food to feed about 5% of the total number of guests they'll have. Let them experience your
service.

d) Join them for lunch, answer questions they may have, and make sure you bring an album of successful catering jobs and your best
testimonials. Bring the order sheet and try and close the sale.

2. Print up double-sided business cards that can sit on each table at the event. Attract people with a catchy headline on the cover and give them
the details on the inside of the card. Make sure your USP/Compelling Competitive Advantage is prominent so they have a distinctive reason to do
business with you.
