1. One of the difficulties you face is getting people to try you the first time. Once they experience your service, then they are much more likely to
continue using your service. Instead of charging a new patient fee, give away your first treatment. Treat people with such excellence that they
love to come back to you.
2. Find out how many times the average patient visits you. Perhaps it is 10 times (for example). If you then know that people will only come on
average of 10 times, then create a written plan that shows them a "package" price of 12 or 15 visits. If you can get them to come for 15 visits
(after that first initial free visit), then you have just increased your business by 50%. Since you believe in your service, then you also believe that it
is in the client's best interest to come more frequently. You have a moral obligation to ensure that they are getting the best treatment for their
bodies, even if they don't realize it themselves.
3. Send 3 "Free New Patient Coupons" to a segment of your client database and track the results. Get feedback. Find out what would make
people more receptive. Then make some changes and try sending the adapted coupons to the remainder of your database. You will likely pick up
many new clients this way.
